She is AHhhh-MAZING but the whole team goes above and beyond to care for animals who need a second chance. I recently adopted my sweet pup, Raisin, and the entire experience was heartfelt and professional. From the very beginning, it was clear how much love and dedication they put into every animal’s wellbeing. Raisin came to me happy, healthy, and ready to be part of the family. He’s brought so much joy into my life already, and I’ll always be grateful that PAOC gave him (and me!) this opportunity. An impulse stop on way to Gonzales led to my adopting little Lulu (her ears had me at hello). The shelter was clean and Lulu had been kept in a cute puppy room, not a cage. The shelter director Linda was friendly, informative and helpful.
