Personal Touch Dog Grooming

My dog was ALWAYS terrified when I got the nail clippers out, but while we were in Johnson City TN & just randomly found this place. We went in at almost quitting time, but she said she could do her nails, (which was the reason we stopped there)! The waiting area was comfortable for me & my dog...the girl came to get her from me; & (my dog (Mia) went right with her with no fear at all); and just a few minutes later, she led Mia back to the waiting area & my dog was happy & was wagging her tail...a few minutes later the girl led her out (tail still wagging) & her nails looked GREAT! What an AWESOME EXPERIENCE for my dog & me! We will definitely be back!

I helped rescue a dog who turned out to be a drama king. He was an older long haired dog. He didn't really like a lot of people. The staff here were very helpful and took their time with him to make sure that he was comfy and somewhat happy. Prices were very reasonable and I was very happy with the results. The first picture was before he went in and the last two were after.

I love this place I have taken my animals for years to have the nail trim they have always seem me with out a appointment always professional and friendly I definitely I would recommend to anyone

100% recommend. I walked in today to get a nail trim on a dog that needed it badly and to set up a future groom. They was able to take her in today! and she done the best job I've ever seen! All the girls there are so sweet and professional, I will never go anywhere else! This is my new ONLY place.

Our family has used Personal Touch for years! We’ve never had an issue! Our doggies love going, and they look great when I pick them up! Staff is super nice and very helpful! I highly recommend trying to get on their waitlist! There is a reason they stay so busy and that is because they are the best!
