Perkiomen Animal Hospital

My little girl was showing signs of a UTI and I was worried about taking her to the vet because she does not let anyone other than me near her. I also knew that I would never be able to get pills or liquid in her for treatment. I took her here because this is where she went the only other trip out of the house for her spay. Dr Powers was great!!! She even let the doctor trim half her nails. I discussed my medication concerns and the doc was super understanding and gave her a shot of long lasting antibiotic. She explained everything. The tech was also great. They were very kind with Rolo and understood and respected her fears. 15/10 would recommend

This animal hospital is above awsome! Took my Rosie (pug) to 4 different vets and none could help my girl with her issue. We moved to this area we first tried Runaway Farm vet, horrible place, dirty barely even looked at her. Barely did an exam (especially being her first visit). Gave her meds sent us on our way. Then paid over $300 for absolutely nothing!! We were then told about Perkiomen Hospital. So we tried there and from the first call to the end of the visit was above and beyond they are fantastic. Staff is very professional and friendly. They did a Full exam, explaining everything, listening to what you are saying. We have found our Vet.. if you are looking for an amazing vet. I have found this practice to be exceptional. New to the area I tried other vets and was not pleased. I like that they have several vets and a boarding facility. I drive 15-20 minutes to get there but just love their kind, caring service. They have me as long as I still have animals.

I highly recommend Dr. Powers with your beloved pets care. I have a bunny, Barney, who holds a very special place in my family hearts. He is the spunkiest, sweetest pet I ever owned. Unfortunately, he is also the runt of his litter and has the most health problems out of all of our 4 bunnies. Dr. Powers has brought him back to life twice now, in his most sickest moments. She is truly amazing. She even recommended a second opinion at a specialist because she wanted to make sure he was going to be getting the best care, as she felt that he needed surgery for a rare instance in bunnies. So, I traveled over an hour away to get the second opinion. They gave the same diagnosis, but with a lot less respect and bedside manners. The care and compassion that Perkiomen Animal Hospital expressed to our dog and family was phenomenal. They went above and beyond in taking care of our medically complex dog. After moving from the area 4 years ago, we decided to not take our dog to another vet because of the excellent care Daphne received here. They provided outstanding care right up until we had to say goodbye to her.
