It was recommended that our rescue cat required a full mouth extraction that my husband and I were extremely unsure of. Dr. Ritchie and Emma gave us all the details necessary to help us decide to do it. They were very caring, explained everything thoroughly and kept us informed throughout the process. The front staff were also quite friendly. 3 days later we have a cat that looks to be adjusting well to no teeth and we hope this will be the beginning of a much happier and healthy life. I can't say enough good things about Perkins Road Veterinary Hospital! They have been an incredible support system for me as I care for my elderly dog and my younger bulldog, who requires a lot of medical attention. I was referred to Dr. Ritchie by my vet for an issue with my pet’s dental issues. When I checked in the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I was very worried about what Dr. Ritchie might say about my pet’s “problem”. On the contrary, Dr. Ritchie completely put my mind at ease and relieved the anxiety I had about my pet’s condition. He was so professional and genuine regarding my pet. He completely eased any anxiety I had. He took the time to explain my pet’s condition and what my options were in reference to any treatment that may be necessary. Many thanks to the staff and Dr. Ritchie and their efforts to make me comfortable. It was obvious that they cared about my pet and it showed in their handling of his treatment.

I bought my fur-baby in because he was itching so much he nor I were getting a good night's sleep. I thought he had gotten into my cactus plant. But I was reassured by Dr. Seff that he was just suffering from allergies. Dr. Seff and her kind and caring staff fixed Milton right up with an allergy shot and I could literally notice the difference within hours!
