Perfect Pet Salon Grooming

Love love love the service! Super friendly & affordable. I have been taking my Aussie to PetSmart for years and I will never go back! This was the best grooming she’s ever received, everything we asked for we got and more! My baby didn’t cry when I left her and she didn’t want to leave and that’s so important for me! I never realized how anxious and unhappy she was at PetSmart!

I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service my puppy received with perfect grooming. It was clear that very little effort was put into his grooming. His nails were not clipped, he still smelled bad, and he had visible crust in his eyes—which should have been cleaned during the appointment. I expected a clean, well-groomed pup, but instead, it looked like he barely received any attention. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their pet’s hygiene and comfort.

We have been going to Silvia for our American Eskimo, Archie, for just about a year now and we have been very satisfied! Silvia always remembers Archie by name and it is very sweet. She and her staff are great at what they do and always trim Archie up exactly how I like. He always looks beautiful when I come to pick him up and most times he gets sent home with an adorable bandana. Silvia is also always so kind and patient whenever I talk to her. You can tell she loves what she does. I don’t see us going anywhere else any time soon!

Sylvia was able to get my dog Brodie in last minute, and she did a great job with him! I loved his little bandana. Sylvia was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall, it was a good, but not perfect, experience! Edit: Originally 4 star review. Further information: The reason I said it was not perfect is because I wasn't *entirely* happy with the cut. There were some parts that weren't cared for that should have been such as between his toes. I also just didn't love the style given to him. I also found the dog cage setup to be a bit gross looking. It was kind of chaotic in there. Lastly, when I put my original 4 star review, I had gone back another time to get Brodie groomed & Sylvia was not friendly and badgered me about why I only put 4 stars and what was not perfect... Very good service, I love the way Silvia and her crew cut my dog hair. I finally find the person that does an excellent job. ❤️
