Ignore the second post, and read the first! Our exerience there was horrible. Not only was she extremly rough with my 15 pound dog, but she cut her nails so bad that she was bleeding. She is 12 and has had her nails cut MANY times, and never has anyone ever made her bleed.When I brought her back to her to fix the bleed she blamed the bleeding on my dog... ALSO my dog looks as if she was poked in the eye. She was fine this morning,and when we brought her home her eye was swollen. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. If there was a horrible option i would choose that, sadly i could only go as low as poor

Omg horrible shaved the pup when asked for trim and shaved her body bald & the tail & head almost bald. Why would they do that! This was not ok, & when asked she was cocky. This was the worst experience ever!

I took my beautiful furry pup in for a grooming. I picked up a nearly bald, sad dog. I will never go back there. Hoping his fur grows back quickly 😭

I'm so happy with how my dog ( grimmace ) got his hair cut today and I didn't have to wait a week to get him in. got him in fast the next day will be back there again
