Pequannock Animal Shelter

This is such a compassionate place run by very dedicated people. The volunteer group is especially amazing. Last summer, I found a malnourished, stray kitten, and took it to this shelter. They nursed her back to health and saved her life from an illness that could have been fatal. She was so loved and cared for, her transformation was amazing. I wanted to keep the kitten but it didn’t work out with my resident cat, and they were so nice and understanding about it. One of the kind volunteers would send me photos and updates about the kitten, and they even let me visit her a few times. The kitten found her forever home together with her furry bff from the same shelter. I am so grateful that we came across this rescue who took such an amazing care of her and landed her the best adoption situa

Workers/volunteers are so nice and amazing. I adopted my one fur baby from here and they took such good care of her while in their care. I couldn't recommend them enough!

This is a great shelter and they care for the animals so so much. i have adopted 2 cats from this shelter Gracie and Poppy (Mika). They are both the sweetest cats you will ever meet and you can tell they were cared for greatly from this shelter. I highly recommend and Christine was such a great owner. I can’t thank you enough for the sweetest cats I ever had.
