What I love most about Peninsula Critter Care is the range of services. Cyndi has done dog sitting, daily walks, and even Reiki healing for my anxious cat. It’s such peace of mind knowing I have someone who is both professional and compassionate. She’s more than a pet sitter, she’s part of our pets’ wellness team!

Peninsula Critter Care has been taking care of my pets (dogs and cat and fish) for a very long time. Cyndi is reliable, loving to my pets, communicative and most of all I trust her. My pets are happy and I am happy. I highly recommend!

My dog loves the small group walks! He gets great exercise and socialization, and I always get updates with photos. Very reliable and caring service.

Beware. My experience with Cyndi makes me question if dogs are safe under her care. She "watched" my dog for a few weeks with "almost overnight visits". Several times she either shortened her stay to a mere 1/2 hour a day (I have cameras and can confirm). Once my dog got trapped in the kitchen (beyond the gate) and when I called she first asked that I verify that dog was still trapped, and after showing her the photo of my dog howling and scratching at the door, she asked if I had a friend or neighbor who could help because she was fixing dinner for her boys (she only lives 15 minutes away!) And then said she would go in a half hour. I returned home and she left my house key under the doormat after I gave her access to a lock box and said she could leave it on the counter. I love peninsula critter care! I get very nervous about having anyone take care of my sweet puppy CJ, but I felt very comfortable having Cyndi from critter care take care of my dog! She did a great job, very reliable very loving remembered all my instructions! I would recommend Cyndi and peninsula critter care 100%
