My boyfriend and I have a mini Goldendoodle. The first time we brought him to this grooming place, the experience was fantastic. His nails were trimmed and grinded, the haircut turned out exactly how I asked, and he smelled amazing—like he had actually been bathed. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing. Our dog left with damp ears (which can lead to an ear infection), his nails were not trimmed (even though I texted Bianca about it and she insisted they were — they clearly weren’t), and I was told that I needed to specifically request nail grinding this time, even though it had been done without asking before. There were also random patches of missing fur under his elbows and thighs, and uneven spots where his hair was poorly cut, almost as if the clippers were dying or th

I had a great experience here from start to finish. It went from email to text with Bianca, who was very personable and you could tell she truly cares about animals and your pet! My cockapoo Maylee had a cute haircut, nails grinder nicely, ears cleaned out and dried. Overall it was a very positive experience. Thank you Bianca!!

While looking for a local groomer I found Bianca on google, she was so helpful and considerate of my pups needs during her grooming, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was also so convenient being able to text vaccine papers and ask any questions in advance via text, I will most certainly be taking my little girl here again, definitely the best looking haircut she has ever had! Happy customer! We found Penelope’s Pooches from our daily walks in our neighborhood. Pet smart was booked and I needed a last minute apt so I decided to call Bianca and I’m so glad I did. She got me in right away and this is the best my dog has ever looked coming from a groomer! I’m so happy I found this place! The price is better than big box groomers and she groomed her in half the time then others 10/10 would recommend Bianca!
