Peludog Pet Mobile Grooming

The groomer is on time and easy to book. I have two shorkies and I told her to cut their hair but not too short. When she brought my dogs back they look like rats. At the moment I did not know how to react because I was working as well. After that one of the dogs was with a shut eye. Looks like a reaction and I asked her and she was nice, and offered to bring me an eye cream next day because she was out of it, but asked if the other dog was ok, which was, like it was not her responsibility. I reached out to her, respectfully, and explained that I was dissatisfied with the service, but she answered mortified, arrogantly and did not offer accountability or care for my dogs. Basically dismissed me and moved on.

I have been using this groomer for about 1 year now. She has always been on time and very accommodating. In fact, when my dog had an eye injury she was very sensitive and considerate of the injured area and followed instructions set by his vet for the grooming. Also, when there has been a time when I wasn't happy with my dog's haircut, she was gracious enough to return to complete the haircut to my liking. I highly recommend! :)

Poor poor poor, I wasted my time. I call and no answer, I go and then and book online I choose an available day and time and then I am told to await confirmation. Then I M asked for additional information. I provide it then told next availability is in 10 days! Do not believe what it says on their online booking because it is not the reality. I could have booked my dogs washes anywhere else in the time I wasted communicating with them. They need to either pick up the phone when their business rings or sort their online booking out. But honestly won’t even waste my time next time.

Disclaimer: I did not use her service. I reached out regarding how much it would be to groom my 10lbs mini golden doodle. She said $160 which is insane! I told her that price was much too expensive, and that no one has ever charged that much. That was it. She went into attack mode. Very ghetto and ratchet and unreasonably priced.

Super professional and very great job! Very lovely with my dog and patience. The best groomer ever!✨
