I needed giant crates made and everything else done for us. 1st.,most companies don't want to pay for human customer service so everything is done via email with a day or 2 between communications. Then when you do find someone your looking at crazy prices prices,,maybe,,,they're not sure it might, (it will) go up. Then when we found one near us for a reasonable price the goof ball didn't know what to do. He was a paper passer who may have worked for someone and just started on his own. Justin and his company co-ordinated with multiple agencies (origin country pet movers, vets, and destination country pet movers to name some) in order to get our furbabies from the Caribbean to South America. Peace of Mind Pet Shipping did a fantastic job with a complicated move of our 2 german shepherds, Lola and Baron, from Belize to South Carolina - even when because of travel issues, they had to spend an extra night in Florida. Great communication and service!
