Peace of Mind Canine was absolutely wonderful! A few years ago, Rebecca and Alison helped me and my dog Sohla work through some behavior challenges, and I couldn't be more grateful. Both trainers were phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in our success. The progress we made was remarkable, and the tools they gave us have lasted well beyond our training sessions. I highly recommend Peace of Mind Canine to anyone looking for compassionate, effective dog training!

Highly skilled individuals running these classes. It's clear they have tons of experience, training and passion. I've used other trainers in the past with mixed results and at times felt unheard. That is not the way you will feel here. They take your concerns seriously and work on your relationship with your dog. In a short amount of time we have made LOTS of progress in building confidence. They push you further than you may feel comfortable, but always make sure you are set up to succeed. I hope to continue training and working with my GSD here for a long time!

I have always dreamed of having a dog that would “listen to me”. I have had dogs my whole life and have taken more training classes than I can count. Those trainings always treated each dog the same. Then I met Rebecca and her staff at POMC. Rebecca has an amazing ability to assess a dog and evaluate their training needs based on that individual dog. Her training method uses techniques that build on each other and most importantly, she explains things in a way that make it stick. She is extremely patient and is always available if you have questions. I’ve seem her come early and stay late after class to help students with their particular problems. Unfortunately our experience with this training facility has been quite the stressful experience. There is a huge issue with communication. First you fill an application online to be contacted. We received a call back and missed it. A voicemail was left asking us to book our training. There are multiple training options online and you had to pay when booking. But we had so many questions! What type of training, training methods, ECT. So we called back... Again and again leaving multiple voicemails. We couldn't contact anyone. We had to show up in person which it says not to do. There was no choice. Then we were able to talk to the trainer Rebecca but had to pay a fee which would go towards training if you decided to join. Our dog needs a high amount of behavior training.
