PDQ Clean Car And Pet Wash

Been coming here for years but wow this time just let me down significantly . First the 2 car wash bays would not accept credit card. Then the dryer did not work for me, then I went to vacuum and clean a small stain in my car and spent a dollar for the machine not to let any soap out. Then I moved to the other side and the machine was filled with quarters and wouldn’t let you put money in. Been loyal here for 7 years now but there are plenty of car washes in town and I will now begin to visit those instead. I now have $10 in coins that I didn’t get to use at this business either.

Paid $15 for car wash with under carriage, drove away, stopped 2 miles away to run into the store to buy kleenex. Looked at my car and the ice was still on the running boards and the car still had dirty spots on it. I called immediately and was told by an extremely unfriendly employee that "the wash does not get rid of ice because they use COLD water" and she refused to make it right because I had driven away!!! Apparently, the undercarriage blast wasn't even powerful enough to blast the ice off either. The dryers also left tons of water, so they're either sub par or not working correctly and probably blow cold air. I will NEVER return to this car wash. The old style $5 car washes work 100% better. We paid $10 for a car wash, the auto car wash on the right side was completely down so my car didn't get washed. I backed out called the number posted (only to have no call returned) went to the left side and the sprayers on the left side barely worked. It's been going on 5 days with no call back. So it must be ok to take money and give poor customer service. Finding a new car wash to go to

Took my dog for a bath @ the self serve bays. Use these often, as well as the car wash. Can honestly say I've never had an issue with any of the facilities they have. Vacuums always work strongly, wash bays always clean and well lit, very nice and well kept up. This is my go to spot and I pass 2-3 others on the way to this one. Well worth it.

Automatic car wash doesn’t clean the car. Had to go do it by hand after leaving. Used to be happy with this place but seems to have been going downhill for awhile
