The owners Johathan and Bill are great to work with. Local owners that live in the community that they work in!! You won't get that from the "big box" stores. They've installed carpet and hardwood in every room in our house over the last few years. They do quality work at a VERY reasonable price! Don't waste your time shopping around, they have everything you need and the installation crew are employees and not some random contractor. This was important to us!! Thanks Johathan and Bill !!

Payne’s went above and beyond with our flooring! You can’t beat their pricing and financing options. They removed our old, icky carpet (and hauled it off) and installed new flooring, all in a matter of hours. We are in love with our new floors!

Would definitely not recommend. Salesman was rude and wanted to charge me $200 to deliver remnant to my house 2 months from the time I bought it and then refused to move two pieces of furniture to lay the remnant down when I told him I had a bad back. So $200 for what. Delivery was 5 minutes away from their store to my house. So $200 but we can't move the furniture out of the way and help you out with your bad back to put the remnant down. Two pieces of furniture. Recommended maybe I could get the movers that helped move me to move the furniture so they could put the rug down. Real smart remark. Never going back.

Bait and Switch Con Artist-Don't trust them. They will give great quote but once you pay and schedule the work, they show up day of job with some sob story that the pad they quoted you was not available and they had to bring upgraded pad at several hundred dollars more which they will make you pay and not absorb the costs. They knew I took a vacation day to be there for the job and had no choice but pay them since I had no other days left to get the work done. Very under handed and dirty. They sure seemed nice and professional before hand though. Go elsewhere-no class. Have to be on premises to watch the workers too. The one guy banged up my woodwork as he was careless with his tool boxes and the other guy left wet drink rings on my wood dining room table with his soda.

Really great job from the showroom to installation! It is extremely difficult to find a business you can trust. The quality of the LVP and install is great! Can’t recommend Paynes enough! I hope we don’t have any issues with the floor or install, but am confident they will help us out if we do. Two guys did almost 1200 sq.ft. tear out and install in 2 days in a kind of complex layout! Absolutely incredible! Super clean, detail oriented, and kind. Great family owned business!!
