Pawz & Clawz Grooming

I'm leaving this one-star review after careful consideration, as I had been a loyal client of this business for a couple of years. After my dog's last grooming appointment, the groomer pointed out marks on my dog's abdomen. Rather than acknowledging the possibility that they occurred during grooming, she suggested that my dog "must've scratched herself on a tree." This explanation did not seem plausible: the marks were not there before the appointment, they looked like burns to me, and my dog had never experienced anything like this before. The lack of accountability in that moment was deeply troubling, especially given the responsibility involved in caring for animals. We are so appreciative of the groom Szilvia and her team provided to our five year old rough collie Appa. She hadn't been to a professional groomer in over a year. The team was able to remove mattes, and Appa is feeling so much more comfortable now. They also provided us with a new grooming tool and some tips to help us maintain her coat more effectively. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my beloved doodle to Pawz and Clawz for 6 or 7 years. They have always been caring and gentle with her- she always loved to go to be groomed. As she ages and lost her sight the world got scary- but Sylvia and her team have made their salon a safe place for my girl and they continue to be caring and gentle- I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to them for treating her (and all their clients) with such compassion. I can’t recommend them enough. They really love your pet. ❤️

Szylvia and her crew are outstanding groomers, bathers and dog friends. We don’t even mind getting our nails trimmed and we smell so lovely when we come home - Bella Macready Sucher (2011-2024) and Maisie Aroha Sucher ( June 11, 2024 - ?) Both miniature schnauzers.

We had a fantastic experience at Pawz & Clawz this past week. Our Bear is a 90 lb. mixed breed that is not interested in grooming, especially if it involves touching his feet!! They did a great job from the tip of his nose to the end of his tail! He looks great and his fur is so soft. We highly recommend Pawz & Clawz.
