First impressions matter, and this place absolutely nailed it. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited to meet our dog. The facility felt clean, organized, and well run, which immediately put us at ease. You can tell the team truly cares about the dogs and takes pride in what they do. We felt confident leaving our pup in such great hands and are really impressed so far. Looking forward to many more visits for Duke!

My dog had such a blast here during boarding. He’s always been great about day camp or boarding but with the uploaded photos I was able to see first hand while across the world just how much fun he was having and that he was safe and sound. can’t say enough good things about this doggy daycare. From the moment we walk in, my dog is excited to be there, and that alone tells me everything I need to know. The staff truly treats her like family, paying attention to her personality, her quirks, and her comfort. I never feel like she’s just another dog in a kennel. What really sets this place apart are the amenities you just don’t find anywhere else. Spacious play areas, cozy nap spots, enrichment activities, and constant supervision give me total peace of mind. On top of that, they send pictures of my dog all day, so I can see her playing, relaxing, and having fun. Those updates mean everything to me and make it so much easier to be away from her. I've sent my 5.5 year old border collie to daycares all over the valley since he was 6 months old and Pawtown is by far the best one. It's affordable, clean, it doesn't smell like 30 dogs when you walk in, there's a great big glass window so you can see into the portal, the staff is very pleasant and well-trained, they have indoor/outdoor play areas, rest time, and the best thing for me is the barrage of photos they email throughout the day. Seriously! There are so many pictures, I cannot look through all the photos and put in an honest day's work at the office. I love the brief report card and seeing all the other dogs there that day. I wanted to share my experience with Pawtown. Immediately when walking in I felt an ease. I love my babies and it was hard having to make the decision to board. The staff was very clear on daily routines and they answered all our questions and provided more info. We truly loved seeing the happy pups playing on the otherside of the glass. The owners did an amazing job. We was given a tour. Unlike other facilities we wasn't able to tour. Pawtown Oasis is clean and no dog left behind. They offer so many amenities to satisfy our babies needs.Post pictures. They even did Christmas gift exchange how cute is that? Pawtown deserves a 5 star and more.
