Since switching to PAWsitive veterinary I feel far more confident that my cat is going to receive the care she needs when she is sick. 2 years ago my cat was diagnosed with asthma and Dr. F has been such a vital source of comfort and clarity for me. In moments of panic she generously made herself available and has ensured that my sweet cat is safe and healthy. At points when I felt my concerns may have been overreactions Dr. F has listened patiently and validated my feelings. Each and every person in the office cares a great deal about the pets they look after. Special thanks to Anita and Dawn who are warm hearted angels that go above and beyond to keep the office running. So many thanks to them! Best vet in Brooklyn!

Been going to PAWSitive since 2014 ever since I got my super cool best friend. My super cool best friend also has a super cool aunt that ended up working there a few years later as a vet tech. Everyone there is super helpful, nice, gracious and deals with a lot of caca poopoo. I highly recommend. They also recommend calling or emailing to set up schedules.

I still feel angry about the level of care we received from Pawsitive, which was our vet for several years until we left. Look, if you’re reading this, I suspect that you’ll agree that pets are family members and we want the absolute best for them. And I guess when you’re reading a review you never know if the person is just totally crazy or whatever. You love your dog and you bring them to the vet if there are issues. Things that they waved us off about ended up being a big deal, medically and financially, and we ended up deciding to find a different vet. After we'd been there for a while, they pushed for us to get a bunch of blood tests for our dog, then took eight weeks to get back to us— when we finally got a hold of them, there were issues to discuss in the results. This place is a nasty joke for a “vet” , I do not recommend the vet named Dr.Perry. She is not a nice vet and she lies a lot. I bought my dog who is a puppy last month because he hurt his hind leg. That Monday before she even did any casting or splinting she said I need to see an orthopedic surgeon and it would cost between $6,500-8,000. I came back the Tuesday so he could see this same vet again. No proper communication on what to expect I am running back and forth with vet visits all for a minor injury. She spoke my whole dogs business in the waiting room for anyone to hear and was so rude and condescending when talking to me as if I wouldn’t understand what she is doing for my dog. I do not recommend this place at all, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Very unprofessional and

Dr. Coletti is by far the smartest & kindest veterinarian I have ever met (in 30 years of bringing my pets to various vets all over NYC). Dr. Coletti is the BEST vet in NYC!!! We ONLY schedule appointments for Dr. Coletti to treat our pets now because she’s truly exceptional and trust her judgement. Linda, our 2 year old Cavalier adores her too! 🐶😺😺 Front desk staff are friendly & quick to check us in & out.
