I bring my shih tzu here and I couldn’t be happier with the experience every time. My dog isn’t the easiest to groom, but they always do an amazing job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer they can trust with their pets!

My pup is about 9 months old, and she can be squirmy and is still getting used to being groomed! Even though she can be difficult to handle, they’ve done so well with the teddy bear cut!! She always comes out looking so cute, and the price is more affordable compared to other groomers! Highly recommend coming here!! Here’s a before and after!!

I took my pet to Pawsitive pet spa today, expecting a professional grooming experience, but I was very disappointed. The cut was absolutely terrible—uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what I asked for. I even provided Very clear instructions but it seems they were completely ignored. My pet now looks worse than before, and I will have to take them somewhere else to fix this mess. This was an upsetting and frustrating experience, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this spa to anyone. I will post pictures of what my dog looked like before, what I asked for and how he looked like after his cut. Let me know if you’d like to adjust this further.

Terrible experience. I’ve been taking my dog here for grooming for two years, and today will be the last time. When dropping her off, I explicitly gave the stylist instructions, just like always, and even sent reference photos from her previous grooms which were also done at this same place. When I picked her up, I could barely recognize her. They shaved her entire body. It was clearly done with clippers, not scissors. Her coat is the same short length everywhere, whereas the back, chest, and face are usually kept longer for her breed. Whoever did this was completely unprofessional, showed no empathy for dogs, and had no respect for the Border Collie breed.

I have been bringing my puppy here since March 2022 and we absolutely love Pawsitive Pet Spa! Our Cavapoo is constantly getting complimented on how great she looks. The staff is wonderful and are always excited to see our girl for her appointments.
