Pawsitive Paul's Dog Training

Paul is an outstanding dog trainer. He is experienced, patient, and highly effective. My dog responded wonderfully to his methods, and I could see real results quickly. I highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate trainer.

I am a new resident of Seattle and I have a husky with separation anxiety. I asked Paul for an in-person visit because I wanted to have advice on how to train my dog from someone who's met him. I'd read a million articles online and felt super defeated since every article contradicted one another when it came to dogs with separation anxiety. Paul was super kind and immediately my dog loved him. Since my dog's a husky he's very stubborn but Paul was patient with him when most others haven't been. He gave us advice on not only how to lessen my dog's anxiety but gave us some tips and tricks to help with some other concerns we had with our dog. We had Paul come in for a private session with our 6 month old puppy. We had a great time learning some things we were already doing well and some things that we ought to adjust (and we noticed almost immediate improvements in some of our puppy's behaviors as we tried them out both with Paul and afterwards). Paul is incredibly friendly, very responsive, and we (puppy included!) loved working with him. Highly recommend having him come out if you are looking to build a strong training foundation with your dog!

Highly recommend working with Paul! Well worth the money for sure. My rescue dog Effie has issues with lunging at men, other dogs, and people on bicycles and scooters. Basically, I couldn't take her out without worrying constantly that she was going to try and jump/nip someone. Paul's expertise and upbeat attitude in just one session really made a difference. It's only been a day or two after our session and I've noticed an incredible improvement with Effie. Paul's advice and training is personal and well-tailored to your dog upon meeting them.
