Came in yesterday to get both my dogs’ nails trimmed. They always do a thorough job and are the most understanding and caring people. Highly recommend!

The employees are always so sweet and love my doggo like their own. He always comes back looking so dapper ✨ He can be anxious in new environments but he did so well here and the other dogs were super friendly too! (Also major kudos because the responses to reviews are pure gold, kept me entertained for hours)

Been taking our dog there for 2 years. She is always combed first, they say she is well taken care of. Wife took her in today, showed a picture of a teddy bear cut instead of the summer cut (short). Wife asked how they got it so wrong, paid, tipped, set up the next appointment, went out to walk the dog before putting her in the car. Owner came out and said she canceled the appointment and to not come back. Huh? Just know that if they do something wrong, it's your fault, not theirs. Would not recommend them due to horrible customer relations. Oh, and it is in her file to NOT cure her eyelashes, of course those are gone now, completely cut around the eyes. She had super long hair going in. Update: received a reply regarding this situation, full of lies. But if you can live with it, ok. Would

Was a walk in today with our dog Jackson to get nails and glands done and they did so well with him. Other places haven't trimmed his nails properly and today his nails were actually trimmed not just the tips. Jackson did great there too. They were quick and amazing. I love they offer a nail trim punch card . Thank you

The Customer Service is So Phenomenal 👌 and The Employees Treat My Dogs just like I would "Like My Kids"!! My Dog Boston walks out wagging her tail carrying her own leash which she only does At Pawsitive and it makes everyone LAUGH 😃
