Pawsitive Grooming

Jennifer did a great job with my 5 Chows who hate being groomed and can be difficult. I would highly recommend her, my Chows came home looking and smelling great. She took great care in making sure they weren't stressed out and that they had a positive experiences. Her prices are great, she is friendly and very professional. You can tell she loves dogs.

Jenn is wonderful!!! I have a very anxious young dog and has been groomed by Jenn for a year. When Kiah went there this week for grooming, she did the “happy dance” when she saw her!! She does a flawless job and I have another older dog who was very comfortable the first time he went in there. She always works with her schedule and treats the dogs so well.

We’ve brought our dog there three times to be groomed and have his nails clipped. He’s short haired. He never really seemed to either smell or feel that clean and was always ready in 45 minutes which seemed oddly short. The last time especially we noticed that not oniy did he not seem clean but his nails were still making noise across the floor. Yesterday we brought him to a new place and now I know he wasn’t being groomed properly. He looks, feels and smells great from the new groomer visit! His nails are great!

We needed to find a new groomer, with this being local we wanted to give it a chance. We've taken our dog to Pawsitive Grooming about 4x's now. Jenn is very friendly, and accommodates an early drop-off and alternative Saturday hours which is really helpful for working families. Our first visit was a little over an hour and came home smelling clean and fresh, not alot of lose hair, only complaint was her nails still seemed long as very noisy on our hardwood floor. The next couple visits she was ready in less than an hour, and her nails were still not as short as we'd been accustomed to. This last time my husband took her, when he brought her home she still smelled and didn't seem very clean. Definitely the fault of my husband for not taking her back to question the smell. We have been going here a about a year and a half maybe 2 years now! Always great with our 3 pups and they always come back to the house smelling clean and fresh!
