If I had it my way I would leave 0 stars… I trusted my dogs care to them..my dad dropped her off this morning for her grooming and i picked her up and got half way home noticed she was pawing at her face and her eye was shut and leaking so I went back and asked to know what happened she said it was a “irritation issue from the soap or hair” than i was told that “he didn’t notice it when walking back and forth today” so you mean to tell me you don't check on the babies at all after being groomed? When I had asked if something will be done about it they said if something other than a irritation issue was the cause they would do something…my dogs care was in your hands I think something needs to be done about it…she has not been herself all afternoon since picking her up and I have severe tr

This past fall, we completed the six-week Basic Obedience 101 class at Pawcienda’s training facility at their Montpelier location. Like the other teams, I signed up because I wanted to brush up on working with my dog, Raven. My main goal was to have Raven more manageable on a loose leash since we train and compete in scent work and e-collars, choke collars or prong collars are forbidden. All the dogs in our class had gone through e-collar training previously and all were young, so a great group. Our trainer was Julianne. She had worked with all the dogs before, so she knew each dog. We have been boarding our German Shepard with the folks at Pawscienda for the last 5 years. She always well groomed and healthy when we pick her up. Their very thoughtful and easy to work with . I also recommend them for any dog training needs . Let me conclude by saying , we drive about 1.5 hours to echo way to this facility each time....thats how much we trust them with our pooch.

Took my moms pup to week puppy class and Julianne is the best. I was so amazed at what she accomplished in one week. Heal, sit, down, come, place etc and the pup is only like 14 weeks old. Will definitely take my dog there.

Really pleased with PawsCienda pet resort. I could tell my 2 doggies were well cared for during their week stay. I appreciate that they didn’t overcharge me for their baths at the end of the week. Nice, caring staff.
