Paws Veterinary Center truly stands out. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, taking care of my dog with genuine dedication and love. He came back clean, well-groomed, and most importantly, happy. You can tell they truly care about pets’ well-being instead of just trying to make money, unlike many other places. The service was excellent, and I was more than satisfied with the entire experience. Without a doubt, a highly recommended veterinary center!

Dr. Hefter and the entire team are incredible. From the moment I called them to set my new pup's first appointment to walking in and they knew who we were without saying a word. They conducted one of the most comprehensive exams that I've seen in years, to the follow up later that day. They were thankful for me for choosing them and expressed that multiple times. I have finally found a vet and team that I trust with the care of my dogs. Thank you Dr. Hefter and your entire team! To anyone looking for a vet, don't think twice, make your appointment now, you'll adore everyone there (or they'll even come to you, which is amazing) and your baby will be in excellent hands!!!

Words can’t describe how wonderful Dr. Hefter is! I am very grateful to have been recommended such a caring and knowledgeable person. Truly a gem! I was thrilled to see the new clinic and now I can have my pets be cared for from such a wonderful team. I recently had an emergency and the receptionist was wonderful and quickly provided all the information I needed. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Hefter was amazing — we came in for a stomach issue, and he took the time to thoroughly check for other potential concerns as well, which was very reassuring. The staff showed genuine care, and the tech was incredible and even helped me give my dog the medication before we left. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I was using Dr. Hefters mobile services and he was great. Now the new office is super close for me and I love it. Samantha was terrific. Love the docs!!! Very trustworthy. Decent value. A very clean facility. Dogs and cats are welcome.
