Paws & Reflect Pet Salon

I recently had a house fire and lost everything😔 The owner here stepped up in a big way! I needed to get my dogs groomed before I could get into a new place and with just losing everything I own I was a little strapped to say the least. Their team was awesome with both my dogs. Even the one that is scared of water. I highly recommend them and when I get things back in order will be using them consistently. Thanks again for all your help. The dogs are happy and we have a new to us home until the rebuild is complete. 🙏🙂✔️

I've been using Brooke for quite a while now. I went through quite a few groomers to find one I liked,for my Yorkie. Words can't express, How happy I have been with going to Paws & reflect pet salon. Staff is very friendly. It's worth the drive. You need a good groomer you'll find it at Paws & Reflect Pet Salon.

Huge shout out to Paws & Reflect (Grand Ave location). They take exceptional care of my grandmother’s toy Cavapoo and therefore, take great care of my grandma too. We’ve never received anything but exceptional care, timely services, reasonable prices, and respectful/courteous scheduling. Very thankful for you guys! Highly recommend.

I have two longhaired Doxies who are bathed and groomed by Jeannie (the mobile groomer). They both look excellent when she is done. I couldn’t be more pleased with her grooming techniques and sweet personality. Jeannie is a total asset to Paws & Reflect!!! She’s number one in my book!!!

Not pleased with our recent experience. We booked an 11 AM appointment today for a quick shave and our 2 cats were left in their cages for 3 hours untouched. This is after we notified the team the we have the cats on gabapentin to make it possible to complete the requested services. Unfortunately by the time they finally tried to get to our scheduled "appointment" the medication wore off, making it not possible to service one of our cats. On top of this, we were also not fully refunded the cat that received no attention. It feels very disrespectful, dishonest and cruel to not communicate with the customer, and to leave our animals in their small travel carriers for hours outside of the scheduled appointment. If they were too busy to accommodate our appointment today, then I would expect t
