Val did an amazing job taking care of our two elderly dogs, and one younger dog that unexpectedly required emergency vet care while we were away. She updated me continually from the time she discovered our puppy needed emergency care, when she got to the vet with her, during the vet’s updates, and then when she was back home with our baby. Val’s expert care was amazing and very comforting for us being so far away. She took care of the dogs every need, including shampooing carpet when they had potty accidents, giving meds, food/water, and walking. She provides a very detailed daily report and photos of each pet. She has a very good system for caring for pets. Valerie is wonderful! I had to leave my pets for a week while out of the country and she took care of them. She is very responsive, communicative and sends lots of photos, which made me feel connected to my pets back home.
