Paws On Charles

Absolutely could not recommend Paws on Charles more! The owner is an absolute gem of the neighborhood. I have gotten both my dogs winter coats over the years here, among other things. They constantly get compliments from strangers on the street. We recently got our newest pup a jacket and overestimated his size, then had to come in for an exchange and the worker was friendly, polite and so helpful! The products are great and the customer service is amazing! Photo features our oldest dog Luna in her coat from 4ish years ago. Still in great condition!

How can you not love this place! We come here almost daily for a little treat and pick me up. The staff aren’t the kindest or the most helpful, though some have been amazing! We love when they give us a treat! I moved from a city where our local dog store was family owned, and the owners loved everyone that walked through the door. But I realize that comes from just the plethora of people that have been hired who aren’t pet specialists. Love the store!

The place is a bit pricey, given the location. That’s made up for by warm staff, good atmosphere, a great selection, and free dog treats for your fur baby. They also have grooming available in back.
