I would like someone to reach out since you preformed surgery and ear tipped an already spayed female cat this last Friday/Saturday. I was notified by the lady who trapped my cat after she was previously told she was spayed by myself and another vet. How did not one person see her previous scar?

Cannot recommend. Submitted an application at their location in PetSmart, Mechanicsburg PA on September 3, 2025. Four weeks later no contact despite two emails and a voicemail left. References and vet not yet contacted. Disservice to the pets to be adopted.

I've submitted multiple applications and made many phone calls to adopt a specific kitten and somehow my application never reached them. Someone else was able to adopt the kitten instead of me. I never recieved any phone calls except to be told that the kitten was no longer available. Pretty heartbreaking when you submitted first but it never arrived. This rating is mostly emotional but the lack of communication and lack of effort to make any phone calls back to many phone calls is baffling.

It was my 1st time going to this vaccine clinic and I was very pleased I'm definitely gonna go there again wasn't bad on the Parking little confusing but once you drive around the block you get an idea you do have to bring your animal in though there's no coming out to the car you must go in with your animal caged and register 1st ... remember no later than noon That they open till... Then they locked the doors. The staff was very wonderful and niceAnd were able to give me other information. Thank you guys you're wonderful. !!!! Thank you for all you do !!!!!
