Paws Etc.

Joseph gives my Schnauzer a perfect cut. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Plus, my dog loves these guys!!

Recently switched groomers due to bad service, and Kiwi already loves this place, he no longer comes back home scared. The staff here goes above and beyond when it comes to service and they also do a very good job consistently. He always comes out looking handsome. We’re both very happy with Paws etc.

I have used Paws in the past to have my dogs nails clipped and have him bathed and was impressed with them. However last time I showed up for my appointment and was told the groomer wasn’t there and so they couldn’t do my dogs nails. I understand that things come up but would have appreciated a call before I drove all the way there…

Extremely disappointed in my experience here. Before dropping off my dog I asked about the charges and was quoted with up to $75 for the shampoo, cut and nails. Fine. That’s more than reasonable. A short time later I get a call to come pick up the dog they couldn’t do the cut or nails he was too scared. I picked him up and was charged $63 for a bath. They said I can bring him back for another appointment if I want. $63 for a bath and I now have a wet dog. My husband called also disappointed to discuss this with Paws and they claimed a cut would be free - no such message was ever given to me- just told I can make another appointment. I understand my dog was uncomfortable I don’t understand how this is a valid charge.

The absolute best staff! They are very gentle and kind to the animals. I have been bringing my dog here for thirteen years and my grandmother's dogs here for over sixteen years. We will not use any other groomer, "Paws Etc." is simply the best!
