Paws & Co. Grooming

I took my two dogs for a bath. Prior to making the appointment, I was told my dogs would be the only two there during their groom. When I picked up my dogs, there were two other dogs with them running freely in the small grooming area. I told Electra how uncomfortable I was with my dogs being around other dogs I did not know. I see a lot of liability issues with this. She apologized and said she wanted me and my dogs to be comfortable with the situation and would make sure my two were the only ones there during the next appointment. I attempted to reschedule with her for almost a week. Every time I would text, it took her at least two days to text me back. After not having my texts or calls returned; I decided to take my dogs somewhere else. Really disappointing.

Electra is great with my girls and they are happy and not stressed out when I pick them up unlike another place I took them in Augusta. Electra has also dog sat with the girls so yes I will never change to another groomer my girls are at home with her! Thank you for always taking such good care of them!

Beyond grateful Electra opened this grooming business. She treats our baby so well and he comes back looking handsome. She is always quick to respond to messages and gets us an appointment in a timely manner. Her prices are definitely affordable. If your fur baby needs some grooming, call and set something up.

Oh My Gosh I 💯 recommend she was absolutely amazing with my dog Zoey. My dog was nervous and she was very patient with her. By giving her breaks in between she warmed up very quickly at least until momma showed up 😆. Zoey is feeling a lot better without having very long hair. She is a husky shitzuh mix and with hair the long hair of a husky she gets hot and I appreciate how quickly she was able to get her in.

I take my Corgi Norman to Electra for grooming and am so happy every time. Norman can be a little feisty sometimes and she is so patient with him. I recommend taking your fur babies here for grooming
