Condescending attitude. Treats you like you're stupid. Makes her clients sit in the car because her facility is too small and she's paranoid about Covid. Yes. This review is January 2026. They take your pet in while YOU sit in the car. Last time I used her she charged way too much. Tests like crazy, runs the bill up. Staff is uncooperative when she's not there. Nope. There's a multi vet practice in the next town north. I go there now.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Their lack of professionalism, common decency and customer service is unreal. My family and I recently had our dog euthanized that was scheduled for a certain time, they made my father wait in the car with our old dog that was not able to lay down for almost 2 hours because I’m assuming they didn’t want him in the facility during business hours. Our sweet family dog that would never hurt a fly stood in pain in the truck for almost 2 hours after his scheduled appointment time. Dr. Shellie Wallace was very unprofessional and demoralizing with my father during the process once they finally made it inside. Edited 11.22.24 from my original post from 2021, to add: Today we said good-bye to our sweet boy Dood. The minute I took him in 2.5 years ago, I took him to be checked out and then neutered by Doc Wallace. Fast forward 2 years, he recently started having health issues at only 5 years old and Doc Wallace and Team were there through all of it, from referral to a specialist to his final moments only 2 weeks later. I certainly appreciate her candor and compassion, as well as the team's. As long as I live in the area, they'll remain my go-to people. This is the sweetest bunch of people I've met in a long time. My dog went in and out in 10 min, all vaccinations completed and the Rabies tag was personalized with her name and my phone number. Hands down, the best! Reasonably priced, too.

We love the service and care that our two dogs receive at Paws & Claws. The vet techs treat our pups like their own and Dr. Wallace has done a superb job managing severe skin allergies and Cushing's disease. We highly recommend Paws & Claws!

The entire staff is absolutely AMAZING. I can’t express how thankful I am for this team. They spent so much time with my baby and helping me with him. I have the upmost respect for doctor Wallace. She is so knowledgeable and has so much love for these animals. She puts her heart and soul into our pets. Thank y’all for everything you have done to help Thor through this time in his life.
