Customer Reviews
Delightful staff and volunteers. They get new cats in all the time so consider that you may not find YOUR cat on the first visit. I came with my two young kids shortly after the death of our beloved senior cat. They loved meeting the kitties and practicing their feline social skills. We met many delightful cats, but none that really vibed with my toddler. On our second visit we fell in love with a sweet bonded pair of kittens. They've been home with us a week and I can't imagine a more perfect fit for us. Thank you PAWS for making our family whole again. We are so in love with our babies.
Volunteers were super helpful! They were so informative and the entire place was very clean. They knew a lot about the cat we adopted which was very helpful, and he was all up to date on vaccines and care. A great experience, I would highly recommend adopting a kitty here!
Staff is mostly volunteers so you can be confident that they are genuinely invested in the animals and in finding the perfect fuzzball for your home. I adopted my first ever kitty (Zyrtec, darling terror that he is) and they patiently walked us through the selection process, paperwork, and veterinary information. They made adoption a breeze and I couldn't be happier.
First and foremost, I love my baby; without visiting PAWs I would not have such a beautiful cat in my life, and for that, I am thankful. However, this is the only real positive I can extend to PAWs Cat City. To be transparent, the adoption process was a mess— as other reviews have pointed out, there is an urgency to get cats out the door; while I can empathize with this, from my experience, the urgency to push the cats out the door comes with very little consideration for the cat, their health, and the adoption process in general. The volunteer my partner and I met with was very excitable when we initially struck up a conversation with them, they were warm and encouraged us to interact with their cats. However, whenever we started to ask questions regarding health, and express genuine co
we got there early and had a cat in just a few minutes! we adopted a little kitten named Tara and she has become best friends with our siamese kitten we have! they cuddle and play all the time! prices are good, too, highly recommend!!
