Paws and Claws Amherst

We were so happy with Paws and Claws. This was the first time our sweet rescued doggie had Ben boarded. She loved it. The great folks texted us and sent videos which really eased our concerns. Recommend this great facility.

I have had the most amazing experience with Debbie and the team at Paws and Claws. Finding myself in a very difficult spot and needing boarding for my four cats at very short notice they were able to work with me and accommodate. My life was up in the air and I was desperate to do all I could to keep my fur family together during this difficult period. To say the team there were guardian angels would be an understatement. They went above and beyond to take care of, help and support me and the cats during their stay, what they did to ensure that I was reunited with the cats… was priceless. They are all now with me in the UK, all together again, in no small part thanks to the love and kindness of this team. I am forever grateful!

We will never leave our dogs with anyone else! Our 2 sweet Yorkies had never slept a night outside of our house in the 2+ years we have had them. We were going on a much-needed vacation and taking them was not an option. We had not been anywhere since we got them. We were SUPER nervous and anxious about leaving them anywhere. THANK GOD for Paws and Claws!!! Krystal and the rest of the team are INCREDIBLE!! The “get to know you” visit ahead of time, easy and respectful drop-off, pictures to show the good time they were having while we were gone, seamless pickup process, and so much more left us knowing we would never leave our babies anywhere else if they could not be with us. Was my and my little pups first time going to a boarding and i’m no longer nervous because we found Paws and Claws! Definitely bring your babies, this business deserves all the 5 ⭐️

Debbie at Paws and Claws is great. They took excellent care of our dog Willow going above and beyond what you would expect. Highly recommend. I can't say enough good this about them
