Paws-a-tive Training

We love paws-a-tive training. Gail is great with the dogs and different approaches for different dogs. We've taken many courses with her and have enjoyed them all. Nova loves going there and is currently enjoying agility but has done puppy classes, obedience, rally obedience, k9 good citizen, advanced obedience & more

Gail runs an excellent doggy day care and is attentive and caring to all the dogs. We have also used her for private training for our dog and it was so helpful! She is patient and thoughtful about finding creative solutions to help encourage good dog behavior. We highly recommend her!

Went to a basic obedience class. The first couple of nights it was outside which was good as the dogs weren't all used to being around so many strange dogs. The rest of the lessons were in a small indoor area. I was a little apprehensive but this turned out to be an important part of the training. The dogs were learning to be close together and learn commands at the same time. Good class, reasonable price. Pawsative also volunteers time at Adaptive Sports running good citizen canine classes open to the public

Tried a training session for both our pups (4 year old shepard & 3 year old lab) after having some territorial issues at home. The trainer talked to us for close to an hour and basicly told us one thing that was useful and even then it was what we had already learned via a quick youtube search. I gave them one star because the youtube drill was indeed good advice and had i not d ok ne my own training through youtube i wouldntnhave known that. We have worked with other trainers in the past and they have spent a solid hour working with the dogs and us on drills and actual learning. It was cheap but i strongly suggest against training. ** this review has nothing to do with the doggy daycare system as it seems there is quite a few dogs there during the day.
