My current dog is my first rescue Frenchie. My experience at Pawparazzi is my first adventure into large scale dog care. First and foremost, I must say: The level of love, care, and genuine compassion that came from this group has stolen my heart. Pawparazzi welcomed my sweet baby girl with open arms. They took the greatest care of her possible. From day adventures to boarding, they treat her like royalty. Again, to bring up the fact that she’s a rescue, she clearly has some past trauma that I am still learning. Our friends at Pawparazzi addressed her trauma in a way that wasn’t shameful. They acknowledged her need to grow and laid out a plan to make it happen. Never once did the team accuse me or tell me what I needed to do. I just want to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Pawparazzi. Earlier this week, we recently lost one of our dogs, and it had been a very difficult and emotional week for our family. Our other dog, Elise, has always had a companion by her side, and the sudden quiet at home was affecting her. I decided to find a local daycare to give her some social interaction and came across Pawparazzi during my search. Elise is a high-energy dog who loves to play catch, so I wanted to be sure she’d be in a fun and attentive environment. I woke up this morning and decided I would find a local day care hoping someone could work us in on a short notice. I called first thing this morning, and the team was incredibly responsive. I wished they were closer to yukon, that goes to show i am willing to drive that extra mile for the best group of individuals to take care of my fur babies. This facility is well-kept and does not smell, which i love. I also love the dogs are getting enrichments during their stay. Thank you, Pawparazzi! I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Pawparazzi. What was supposed to be a 5-night stay somehow ended up costing over $1,000, and the pricing was never made clear upfront. Multiple times, we were under the impression that the quoted price was for two dogs, not one. I even specifically asked the front desk staff about the pricing to confirm this, and it was still not clearly explained. Despite asking questions in advance, the final bill was far higher than what we reasonably expected. When I tried to address the issue, there was no willingness to work with me or acknowledge the confusion. Clear communication and transparency around pricing are basic expectations, especially for a pet care business

We’ve been going to Pawparazzi Dog Daycare for almost two years and always buy their 4-visit package. We go once a week and were never told the package had to be used within 30 days. This week I was told my package expired even though I still had one visit left. They said sometimes they will extend to 35 days which I am over by one day! I asked for a manager, was told the owner would contact me, and never heard back. Very disappointing for a long-time customer. Response: Obviously you didn’t read review. No one contacted me as I was told AND this week you sent my wife an email about review. She responded with my number and no one called. Also we never received an email saying our package was expiring. We found a new place so don’t bother calling!!
