Pawfection Pet Grooming

I was really disappointed yesterday after picking my baby up. I asked for a trim with short bottom, face and feet and pig tails in with bows, because with the cold she needs hair for warmth. I picked her up and she had all her hair cut off short. I've been taking her there since I got her in February, Very disappointing.

The employees are very kind and knowledgeable. The price for a cat deshed and trim is amazing considering how difficult cats can be to groom. They are responsive on their Facebook and phone for any questions or scheduling. I also love the ability to schedule online, a feature I haven't had the chance to use yet. I appreciate the information and advice for at home care and realistic expectations for a continued relationship with the buisness, soothed a lot of my anxiety.

They did a great job either my cat, my only issue was that they cut her whiskers! She's a little scared when her hair gets cut, so I'm assuming she was wiggling a bit and they just accidentally cut them. But still not what I was expecting! Other than that she looks perfect!

I brought my Bichon Frise in for a haircut and WOW! They squeezed her into their busy schedule and treated her like family. Bella has a hard time trusting new people so her groomer definitely has the right touch! Warmed up to her right away! Thank you, Pawfection! ❤️

Love how they are with my baby doggie. He loves going to see them all and play with the other pups there. They do a fantastic job on him every time he goes.
