Kimberly did a wonderful job grooming Coco. She took great care of her and her attention to detail was really great!

They groomed my cat very well — I’m very satisfied, 10/10. However, I had to leave her there for 6 hours, and no one answered the phone when I tried to check if she was ready. Because of that, I give them 4/5.

My dog is uncooperative to put it nicely at the groomers & vets. I believe the groomer's name is Edward, he did a great job with my dog. He must have a lot of patience & definitely professionalism to be able to handle him. Kim is wonderful, she's very calm with the pets which helps with their anxiety.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The service is absolutely top-notch and professional. My pups always come back home happy and content. What truly sets this place apart is the care and attention they receive – they aren't caged, which is a huge relief for me. The staff's dedication to my dogs' well-being is truly exceptional. Highly recommend!
