First timer today! Brought in our golden, JJ and we are very happy with his groom! He’s so soft, smells good and looks amazing! Very reasonably priced too! We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely 5 stars! I would give more if I could. The Pawtastics team went above and beyond to fit a family member's two extremely matted long haired cats into their schedule. They stayed late and really took their time with the kitties. When we picked them up, they were smoothly shaven (no nicks or cuts), exceptionally clean, smelled nice, and had been fabulously styled. Also, when we dropped them off, there were several dogs in the salon who seemed entirely at ease, which was very reassuring. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Walked right in for a pup nail trim and they did immediately and gave my pup lots of love and made her first nail trimming experience wonderful! Staff was wonderful and all of them communicated. The dogs they were grooming also all looked happy and not in distress at all, like I have seen at other groom places. Def gonna return for pups first full bath here. Just a wonderful atmosphere and great staff!!

I was told $80 over the phone as a new client. I was charged $130 and told my dog was matted (it was not matted. She has a double coat with a thick undercoat) and not well behaved. She was crying and begging to get out of there when I picked her up. Terrified. They stated they won’t take her again without vet sedative. My dog has never been sedated for grooming and she’s 3 years old with grooming every 2-3 months……I would never sedate a dog to get groomed. I didn’t realize they let the dogs all wonder around while some are being groomed. I believe this contributed to her stress while being brushed and groomed. (This is my fault, I should have done more research on the business) The main reason I’m not returning - I tried to show my shot records and they didn’t require them. If you have do
