Paw Shoppe Pet Center

Love this little pet store which is owned by Long Beach residents, and they have rescue cats, a bunny, and sometimes guinea pigs to adopt! There's also a great groomer in the back! Bob and Ted the Owners are awesome, so skip the big stores and shop small!!

I have never felt comfortable shopping here. The old man behind the counter always has prying eyes as if I am about to steal something. I don't know if it's the color of my skin or how I look. Something just doesn't feel right. I'd rather take my business somewhere else then to be treated like a criminal the moment I walk through the door.

Nice and clean friendly pet store they have a lot of cool pets to look at putting bunnies and kitty cats and small fish overall really nice shop would recommend visiting.

Honestly the best of the independent pet stores. Great selection, fair prices, and the best customer service around. The new groomers are amazing. Sam does a great job on my less than cooperative dog! And I love the touch of the seasonal photos.

Support small businesses, best customer service, wide variety of items, very knowledgeable, just good souls here. Highly recommended.
