I think we’re going to have to find a new place to board our dog on vacations. You can’t pick up on weekends unless it’s first thing in the morning. Apparently they only stop once or twice on weekends to let them out and feed them but otherwise they are left on their own. Not the service I thought I was paying for especially at the price we’re paying. I thought they were out regularly and got to play with other dogs. Wanted to pick up Saturday before noon but couldn’t make the 10am deadline. I was told he’d have to be picked up on Sunday bc there’s nobody else there the rest of the day. How cruel to leave them locked up like that. Over night I understand but not all day like that.
Very impressed with this establishment. Beautiful place with VERY friendly employees! 10 out of 10 I recommend!
Dr. Winner is super. Everone here is friendly and caring.
