Paw Prints Grooming Salon

I was disappointed that my dog was shaved. I went in knowing her ears were matted and was told them I was ok with the ears needing to be short. I asked for her body to be trimmed and shaped up. She was completely shaved down. I asked for her tail to be kept long, which they did that at least. I’m not sure of the groomer is unskilled or lazy but my dog looks nothing like she did when I dropped her off. I wish they would have called me if there was a need to shave her or a slip of the clippers… I understand mistakes happen but this with no communication just feels sloppy. I was shocked when I picked her up. $65 and some tears on my end.

Took my Yorkiepoo there to be groom and made specific details that i did not want him shaved down completely. He came out bald and look like they just chopped his hair. He was bleeding and wrapped up! I got to the car and realized his nails was not clipped, so i went back inside and told them i wanted his nails clipped. The groomer also stated that his head was matted at the top which is why she shaved his whole body, i definitely dont think he was matted, just a lazy job. when i got home i realized they pulled his whole toe nail off which is why he was in so much pain and bleeding for hours. I feel so sorry for my poor boy. 😪 i am going back today for a refund!! Being shaved down was one thing but for his whole nail to be gone and bleeding is another. Im hurting for him bc i know hes in p

We took our white Maltese, asking for a LIGHT TRIM; it turned very uneven. He had thick white hair and they shaved him down completely. DONT RECOMMEND. How are y’all still in business.

First time visiting was great! Very friendly atmosphere. The ladies went above and beyond to answer all questions and taking care of Lola. They done a excellent job on her. Thank you Paw Prints y'all are awesome

Took my Australian Shepard there & they crew cut her fur. You would think they would know not to do that to a double coated dog. Plus my mom’s Yorkie was crew cutted also. Very disappointed & now stressed & concerned. Just be cause you take your pet to a professional do not expect them to know thei business. FYI
