UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: Since the owner is trying to call me a liar, I am removing a star from my original two star review and adding a photo of my receipt from the service I received on 9/1/2023 in the amount of $172. Yes, Owner of Paw Palace of Atlanta - I am aware you are located in Atlanta and did take my dogs there. I can reside in multiple states over years time and leave reviews for places in different states. I paid for a service that was disappointing but somehow your response was even worse. I really wanted to like this place but after inspecting my dogs haircut, it just wasn't worth the price. I was in search of a new grooming place because my precious one switched out groomers and kept cutting my dogs hair like a yorkie vs what I had been getting. I showed numerous pictures to t

Sarah at paw palace is wonderful! My dog is quite nervous but Sarah does such a great job calming her. Coco always comes home looking gorgeous after a spaw experience at paw palace 💜

I must say that EVERY time we take our pup to Paw Palace they always do an amazing job. Their work is consistent and you're always going to get a fabulous cut. Our pup stays smelling good for weeks and her fur is so soft. Plus their customer service is wonderful and she looks forward to going there each time. If you haven't tried them then you're missing out. I definitely recommend them!

took my 6mo toy poodle for his first actual groom since the last salon would only do a mini groom. Sarah made me feel very secure about leaving my puppy. I’ve been nervous about taking him anywhere for a long time. But her and Carlos did great!! He looks like a new puppy. Wish I could add the video🥺 Ash has found a new home at paw palace

Took me an about 2 years to find this place when I first relocated to Atlanta but THANK GOD I DID! I’ve been committed to Paw Palace for the last three years and I wouldn’t take my Blanco any place else! So If you wanna be assured your dog is loved and cared for properly when you are away, this is your go to! If you wanna ensure a beautiful clean cut and shampoo this is your place! I’m three year they have not disappointed me!! Love these folks ❤️
