PAW Health Network - 24 Hour Animal Care Center

I brought my dog to Paw Health Network on Nov 10, 2025 because I was concerned with her lethargic behavior, slow to eat all of her food, and her neck was swollen. She was alert and stood in the backseat for the whole hour and a half drive that we had. Reception was friendly but once we were introduced to the male vet he spoke in scientific language and when I asked questions for clarification he acted annoyed he had to answer questions. He did a FNA and a blood smear test on her which neither are definitive tests just to come back and tell me I should euthanize her. The bedside manner was shocking and cold—zero compassion. Was referred by my primary vet for my dogs ACL surgery. Upon arriving for drop off the staff was extremely friendly and everyone I dealt with was helpful and kind. I felt good leaving my dog in their care. I was kept informed of what was going on during the entire process and updated as needed. My dog is 2 weeks post op and doing so much better then before. Grateful to have such great care only a few hours from home.

It's regrettable that I need to share our experience. Our pet dog ingested an ibuprofen and PAWS was one of the two 24X7 pet hospitals within2.5 hours of our home. So we headed there. It was an hour drive, when we arrived we were told they did not have anyone who can see her! This is outrageous. Our experience is this outfit is NOT 24X7. We ended up driving another 1.5 hours to Blue Pearl in Appleton, WI. The only reason they got one star is because we didn't pay anything... Truly stunning!

I had a terrible experience with this facility. My small dog was bite by a larger dog and I had to rush her here with an open leg fracture and her skin torn around her neck. I called to let them know I was coming and the staff met me at the doors asking for my credit card and charged me $2500 before they would even discuss anything with me. When they took my dog back I was under the impression that they were working on her. During this time staff met with me to discuss options for her care. They seemed nice and caring at first but once I told them I was not going to put her down they became rude and short with me. They allowed me to set up "after care" with my own vet. This place is great. When your pet needs to be seen right away, they are open 24/7. To have a service in this area where you can get labs immediately provides great comfort. The building is very clean and the staff is friendly. You do pay a small premium for the service, however having to staff a building 24/7 can’t be cheap. Very happy with service
