I just started taking my dog Rudy here, and I couldn't be happier with the care I recieved. From the moment we walked in everyone was so kind and gentle and welcoming. They truly treated Rudy like family and made sure he was comfortable he was in so much pain. The vet explained everything clearly and answered all are questions without rushing. You can tell they truly care about the animals and there parents.Rudy usually is very anxious but he was calm with them that says alot! I am so grateful to have found such a caring and professional vet and staff highly recommend to anyone who wants the best for their pet. Prices are reasonable also. Truly so happy.

This Vet shines brightly among the top 5 in Lakeland, exemplifying compassion and service. Right next to TLC Petsnip, they truly stand out. My Karma required emergency surgery today and they went above and beyond, making calls to compare prices and then matching the best one they found, ultimately saving me a grueling trip to Orlando, which would have been an absolute nightmare on a Monday afternoon. Our fur baby Valkyrie is a new patient at Paw Haven. Great staff, very accommodating from the front desk to the vet techs. Dr. Glass was very knowledgeable and answered questions before I asked. This will definitely be my vet. Thank you Paw Haven.

Highly recommend Paw Haven in Lakeland. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and everyone seems to love their jobs, which is important important to me and my pets. The office is very clean, bright and inviting. The couches are an excellent addition to the exam rooms. Very comfy while you wait for the Doc. My dogs and I are very happy with their service and will be happy to make the drive to this location for future appointments.

Our cat saw a vet that said she had autoimmune. My cat was prescribed a high dose of prednisone for 21 days. During this she got horribly worse. We went to paw haven and she was diagnosed with ear mites with ear infection. My cat had suffered and put on something that possibly made her worse to then be treated properly and she is looking 94% better and acting more like herself. I cannot be more Thankful for the prompt response, treatment and reliability of Paw Haven. A big thanks from Sassy
