We were told to keep in touch with this place over a bunch of cats that were dumped by neighbors, told to contact them for supplies to take care of the cats, outdoor shelters, and even humane traps to bring them in to be neutered... Just for them to regularly ignore us. I don't understand the offer, just to ignore us.
Felt overwhelmed, a little disrespect, went in looking to adopt and what I got was attitude. Feel as if she is over her head...and would choose people who walk in that's she knows over anyone else...I suggest going to herkimer instead.
People were very friendly but the kennels were incredibly small and dirty, the dogs seemed very stressed and uncomfortable. Needs better funding
