I have been bring both of my furbabies here for the past 3 years (4 years old shepard mix and 7 year old terrier mix). One of my dogs is a terrier mix that doesn't let anyone touch her but loves Brigete (I may be spelling her name wrong) but she has an amazing personality and is awesome with the dogs. Everyone I have come into contact with has been super friendly and takes good care of my pups.

We love Pauline's Pet Styling and our pups do as well. Tried them once and we never left. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed. Berge is our groomer of choice, our boys love her and she does great with them all the time.

We had our first official grooming experience with BELLA and as with our previous dog she was treated like a Queen! Pauline’s team from the front office to the groomers out back can’t be beaten! They’re always pleasant kind and caring to you and your pet. I love their time estimates too. You don’t have to worry about your pet sitting for hours in a little cage before they get groomed! They give you an appointment time and they bring them right in they keep their word as well when they tell you that they will call you as soon as your pet is ready 😊 needless to say that When we picked up BELLA she was beautiful shiny and smelled amazing and certainly not traumatized👏

Berge has done a great job grooming our dachshund, Henry, for the last year or so. She makes sure to talk to us ahead of time to make sure Henry gets the best care every time. He is always running around spinning with happiness when he gets picked up. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming as well! I highly recommend this groomer to all fluffy friends!

I recently moved to the area and tried Pauline’s. The first visit went well. No issues. However when I returned for a second visit my dog was groomed by a different groomer without my being notified. I learned when I picked her up the previous groomer had issues with her but never told me. Then they told me the charge for the groom was $75 when it was supposed to be $65. She wasn’t matted and didn’t need special treatment. They insisted that was the new price. Again they appeared to raise price without informing me. However the worst was the cut I found on the inside of her front leg from the razor when I got home. They neglected to let me know she was injured. I know sometimes dogs squirm around and it’s not the gooomers fault but at least let the customer know. In addition the vet and I
