My wife and I had a life changing scare with our beautiful Bella, a Golden Retriever. She had a severe bacterial infection of her uterus and was near death. SNIP Collier took her in right away. Hours later, our girl pulled through a very risky surgery with flying colors! We give the surgeon and nurses our eternal gratitude for all they did and the care that they showed Bella and us. We can’t say enough great things for SNIP Collier!!!

Disrespected during visit on 1/5/2026 by Julie by the way she interrupted me, talked to me in a condescending manner, and she lied to me. I asked for help with correcting an email notification regarding a medication that my pet no longer takes, which has been going on for over 6 months. I had already spoken with the staff in July 2025 asking for the correction to be made and it had not been corrected. I had also sent emails that received no response. Julie told me she would make the correction on 1/5/26 and then email me a confirmation to let me know the changes would be made later in the day. She did not email me. DO NOT ADOPT AN ANIMAL BEFORE REVIEWING EVERY DETAIL OF THE HEALTH RECORDS THOROUGHLY!! I adopted a sick cat with a long history of upper respiratory infections. She was on meds for 3 months out of her 5 month existence. She was coughing and sneezing in the adoption center. The clinic rep breezed right over that and diluted the concern. Due to the fact I brought her back to this clinic within 5 days of having her, no insurance will cover her meds to treat the URI’s caused by her lifelong virus, because it is now considered a pre-existing condition. I have never felt so betrayed in the name of humane. I am not a proud rescuer, i am regretful rescuer. This above all else is the most agonizing part. Now my only options are to pay for this out of pocket for life, or bring her back. Shame on e

This place is absolutely amazing everyone here is so caring and so wonderful I will never take my pets anywhere else in Naples Florida... My Little Chihuahua had a mammary tumor she's 14 years old I took her so many different places in Naples and most for not caring. I am so happy that I brought for here. They removed the tumor that every other place said was impossible. I am so thankful. God bless all the staff nurses doctors in this facility I will be forever grateful and I will never forget how wonderful you are!

If i could leave 0 stars i would ! I got a cat with a URI and brought him in within the first 7 days like they told me! The vet told me he was showing very little signs and to not stress him out! So i took him home 3 weeks later he is still stuck and sneezing green mucus EVERYWHERE i understand having a kennel cough but this is ridiculous, I had an appointment at 3:30 and got stuck in traffic i called to let them know i would be late and they cancelled my appointment that i had left work early for, I am very confused also why online they are open until 5 but they told me he can only be seen at 3:30 for any future appointment ! I also was told i had to place a 65$ deposit for my next appointment for No call No show! WHICH I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO BE LATE! Horrible rude manager!
