If I could rate this place a zero I would! THIS PLACES IS MESSED UP! four puppies in one enclosure, all puppies shaking and look unwell. I for sure think they don't take proper care of their animals. I hope this place gets shut down.

The puppies are very cute but dirty. They give you 14 days after getting a puppies to take them to the vet and they'll reimburse you. I would highly suggest making that appointment fast because ours came home with kennel cough. They also do not order the breeder or akc paperwork like they claim they will.

The store staff do not wash the animals. They most certainly don't give the pets enough attention instead they rather look out the store to see me looking at another location and call the police for no reason. Ashlyn thank you for making my young kids feel unsafe and targeted. Never buy a pet here. I will not be coming back.

I didn’t purchase an animal here, but I did walk through and couldn’t shake how unsettling the setup felt. Puppies were in small glass cages with metal bottoms, no access to water, and the bunnies were kept in what looked more like bins than proper pens that could easily be jumped out of and uncovered and with barely any room to move. It may be technically legal, but it doesn’t feel humane. The whole environment comes off as careless at best, profit-driven at worst. If you care about where your pets come from and how they’re treated, I’d think twice.

Absolutely the worst care for their animals,they treat them like product. No fans for hot animals and tight crampt environments. No animal should be treated like this and it's appealing they've been open this long. Adopt at a shelter, save a life and not support this place please
