During a heart-wrenching time when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Bo, our regular veterinarian office who had provided all the treatment and care for his illness up until this point, refused to see him, despite it being a critical emergency. Fortunately, Dr. Cotter stepped in to help. Their support made this incredibly difficult process a bit more bearable. Came here today for a rabies vaccine. I was greeted with a lady banging on my hood. She didn’t let me know who she was but I did see her leave from the house. She told me I cannot enter the building and that my vehicle is the waiting room. She asked what I was there for and when I explained it she told me I should have added a reminder in “the toy I was playing with” referring to my phone. I apologized for trying to go in and suggested it should be told while making the appointment. She seemed upset I didn’t know lol. So as I’m talking with my wife she comes back and keep knocking on my van as I’m asking her for a minute with a finger gesture. So finally she tells me I can meter. Miss Dr Cotter terribly. A great vet and surgeon. He was so kind and gentle with my dog Tilley for her entire life and with my dog Macy for the first half of her life. I have lived in 3 states and am now back in NYC and have been vet hopping ever since Dr Cotter because it is impossible to find a vet as good as Dr. Cotter.

I was able to bring my dog into Dr. Cotter for a bladder issue. I appreciate fitting her in so quickly, and the compassion you had with us. Mya is a Florida born and raised dog, and we needed a local vet. I will recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you again!!!
