10/10 will absolutely be returning. My baby was treated like a queen and I’ll NEVER take her anywhere else. She’s in a great mood and I can tell she had a really good time! My groomer was also mad cool, great chick and very knowledge about dogs. Gave me some great advice and also treated me, the human, like a queen!

I brought my Chesapeake Bay Retriever here for his first groom. I had taken him to the vet for a nail trim the previous week & they sent me home with razor claws. $20 for a nail trim & they didn’t even bother to smooth them out with a dremel, I’ll go to the vet for wellness instead of grooming from now on. Well the lovely staff here trimmed them down & got them smooth & short. I think my legs & arms are going to see less cuts from the excited puppy attacks. They were quicker than I thought. They took good care of my boy. He doesn’t smell like he just went on a float trip anymore. I’m pretty sure that they trimmed the fur around his pads. I am so happy I followed what the reviews said about this place. I had a very tangled up mess for a doodle as I had just gotten her, she was in horrible shape! When I went to pick her up I didn't even recognize her, she looked amazing! I wish I could come up with a more fitting description. You will never want to go elsewhere once you've experienced this place. I never write reviews as long as this or been so descriptive, but they do deserve it ❤️❤️. Wish I would've taken a before picture so you could see the whole transformation!

My elderly dog was groomed today by Nicole and it was her first time at the groomers. She's an anxious old girl who doesn't like most people, so we were nervous and expecting that dreaded "come get this beast" call. It didnt happen. Instead, I got a dog who was groomed quite quickly, with updates about how well she was doing, beautiful pictures, lots of reassurance, and a beautifully groomed old lady dog. My dog is scared of having her nails done so they were quite long, but Nicole got her to accept the dremel, and even give her kisses through the process. Her nails are perfect now! Its like a Christmas miracle. Her feet are trimmed up perfectly, her coat is so soft and most importantly, she was calm, happy and energetic at pick up. They really ARE the best in OKC!! I had a very old, special-needs dog who required extra care with her grooming. Nicole and her team gave her the special attention she needed -- and I truly believe it extended her life by 3-6 months. I'm so grateful to Nicole and her team for giving my baby the care and patience that kept her going even when she didn't feel like it. I will always appreciate the extra time you gave us! Nicole is extremely knowledgeable, the office is spotless, and everyone there genuinely cares about your babies! (that is what they refer to them as and it melted my heart) Give them a try -- you won't regret it!
