Great team and top notch service. My baby had an ear infection and he was seen quickly. Doing better already. New baby check up was also fast and easy. Dr. Lucas is always takes great care of my babies. Highly recommended.

I brought my cat in for an examination and medication after he was attacked, and I could not be more grateful for the care we received. Dr. Lucas and the entire team were incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure I understood all of my options. I especially appreciated being able to review an itemized estimate before any treatment decisions were made—it really showed their transparency and respect for their clients. Even though I arrived as a walk-in around 8:40 AM, I was seen and finished by 10 AM, which was impressive. Despite how busy they were, every staff member remained polite, friendly, and efficient. I have always had good pet care, compassionate employees, great customer service here. While there may be a wait due to the walk-in service structure, I don’t mind waiting an hour to see a vet versus days to schedule somewhere else. My schedule can change at a moment’s notice so I definitely appreciate the walk-in’s.

I have a nearly 15 yo Calico named Molly and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Lucas and his team!! They listen, they explain every step of Molly's treatment and care and answer any questions I may have. I am new to the area and absolutely hit the jackpot by going to Pasquatank Animal Care! Thank you!!

The Vets and Staff at PAH are always friendly and have time to answer all my questions. As the owner of a boarding kennel and several dogs that compete in various AKC events including shows and hunt test I trust them with all my vet needs.
